Before and After in Digital Photography
As you know, film photography has been around over 100 years. Digital photography just came about in the early 21st century. But, digital came by leap and bounce. Digital technology is just amazing. At our studio, we use the appropriate tool for the appropriate job. We felt that now is the perfect time to make the switch over to digital photography. Though, we still own 35mm and medium format film cameras as our own museum collection.
Besides the instant gratification, digital gives us something that film
cannot in several areas:
-ability to archive indefinitely
-easily duplicated
-second chance of correction if mistakes are made
-don't need to worry about scratch or damage to humidity, heat or dust
-ability to share with distant friends and family via email or website, etc.
On this page, we want to show you several examples with digital
photography.
Of course, photography is an art. An art requires a
certain talent.
If you have the talent, the time, the tool and the proper skill, there is no
limit of what you can do with digital photography. And since we give you
the original digital files, you can do whatever you want with them and you don't need
to worry about the original get destroyed -- because you cannot destroy the
original. We always have a copy. You always have a copy. The in-laws
always have a copy. What is the chance that all of us damage or loose the
original?
